How do I search for properties?

Use the search bar on the home page to enter your desired location, dates, and number of guests. You can also filter by property type (Hotel, House, Apartment, Event Venue) to narrow down your results.

How do I make a booking?

Once you find a property you like, click on it to view details. Select your check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and click "Book Now". Follow the prompts to complete your reservation and payment.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellation policies vary by property. You can view the specific cancellation policy on each property's listing page. To cancel, go to your Bookings page and select the reservation you wish to cancel.

How do I list my property?

Click on "Partner with us" in the navigation menu or visit our Partnership page. Fill out the application form with your property details, and our team will review and contact you within 24-48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers. All transactions are secured and encrypted for your safety.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile tab. Click on Settings where you can update your personal information, contact details, and preferences.

Where do you operate?

We currently operate in Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zambia, with plans to expand to more countries in the near future.

1 For Travelers & Renters

Search: Use the search bar to find properties by location, dates, and preferences
Filter: Narrow results by property type (Hotel, House, Apartment, Event Venue)
Book: Select your preferred property, choose dates, and complete payment
Manage: Track bookings in your Bookings tab and communicate with property owners

2 For Property Owners & Partners

Register: Click "Partner with us" and fill out the partnership application
List: Add your property with detailed descriptions, photos, and pricing
Set Availability: Manage your calendar and set booking rules
Dashboard: Access your Partner Dashboard to manage bookings and track earnings
