Frequently Asked Questions

How do I search for stays or vehicles?

Use the search bar on the home page to enter your location, dates, and number of guests (for stays) or search for vehicles in the Cars tab. You can filter by type: Hotel, House, Apartment, Event Venue, or browse car listings.

How do I make a booking?

Find a stay or vehicle you like and click to view details. For stays, select check-in and check-out dates and number of guests, then click "Book Now". For vehicles, choose your dates and complete the reservation. Follow the prompts to pay securely.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation policies vary by listing. Check the cancellation policy on each stay or vehicle page. To cancel, go to your Bookings tab and select the reservation you want to cancel.

How do I list my stay or vehicle?

Click "Partner with us" in the menu or go to our Partnership page. Submit the form with your listing details (property or vehicle), and our team will review and get in touch within 24-48 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers. All transactions are secured and encrypted for your safety.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile tab. Click on Settings where you can update your personal information, contact details, and preferences.

Where do you operate?

We currently operate in Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, and Zambia, with plans to expand to more countries in the near future.

1 For Travelers & Renters

  • Search: Use the search bar to find stays and vehicles by location, dates, and preferences
  • Filter: Narrow results by type (Hotel, House, Apartment, Event Venue)
  • Book: Select your preferred stay or vehicle, choose dates, and complete payment
  • Manage: Track bookings in your Bookings tab and message hosts when needed

2 For Property Owners & Partners

  • Register: Click "Partner with us" and fill out the partnership application
  • List: Add your stay or vehicle with descriptions, photos, and pricing
  • Set Availability: Manage your calendar and set booking rules
  • Dashboard: Access your Partner Dashboard to manage bookings and track earnings
